We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Our goal is for our products to bring joy and excitement when they arrive at your home, so youโll want to come back again and again.
If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve your issue, following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.

Regret or Withdrawal:
In cases of exchange or return due to regret or withdrawal โ when the product is in perfect condition but does not meet the customerโs expectations โ the customer has 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return via phone or email.

How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to regret:

Contact our support team via email.
ย
Send the product through the post office, with postage paid by the customer, to the senderโs address.
Important: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, with the seal intact (if applicable), and accompanied by all included accessories.

Once the product is received and the above conditions are confirmed, you may choose to:

Receive store credit equal to the total amount paid, which can be used for another purchase immediately or within 6 months.
ย
Receive a refund of the product value, issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address indicated by the company, and then the refund will be processed.
The store is not obliged to exchange any product damaged by misuse or to process requests made outside the stated time limits.

We provide product measurements in centimeters to help ensure correct size selection. According to the Consumer Protection Code โ Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store to exchange products due to the consumerโs change of mind regarding color, size, model, or similar reasons. The right guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code applies only to exchanges for defective products.

Other Occurrences:
All occurrences mentioned above โ and any others that may arise โ must be reported to the store by phone or email.
Products returned without prior communication, outside the allowed time frame, or missing items/accessories may be resent without prior notice.

In addition to the situations mentioned, if any of the following occur, the product delivery should be refused:

Open or damaged packaging;

Damaged product;

Product not matching the order;
ย
Missing accessories.

If you still receive the product under these conditions, please contact our store support team within 72 hours of receipt.
